SHIPPING

We ship worldwide!

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. During these days Blauhaus will take one to five days from order confirmation to process the order.

Orders received during the weekend or public holidays will be processed the first working day following. Once the order is packed, the parcel will be delivered to the carrier, which will then ship them to their destination. At the time of shipment the tracking number will be provided to the customer to monitor the shipment status.

Delivery times within the US may take from 2 to 5 working days from the order confirmation and based on shipping service selected.
Delivery times Internationally may take from 2 to 21 working days from the order confirmation and based on shipping service selected.

  • All Taxes and Duties are paid by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us by a shipping service, buyer is responsible for shipping charges, duties, and taxes back to them.
RETURNS

It is our mission to provide the best customer service, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds are only available if arranged via email. Contact us at hallo@blau-haus.com and we will be glad to assist you.

If you are shipping a package over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return must be within 30 days of purchase.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hallo@blau-haus.com.
SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or your order was filled incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hallo@blau-haus.com and we will be glad to assist you.

  • Gift cards may not be exchanged.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.
